1- ZAIN5815 - Contract Management Advisor Team Member

WHAT

Reviewing contracts and agreements and subsequently providing advice and recommendation aiming to
ensure the company’s interest is protected and the optimal commercial position is maintained.

HOW

You will be responsible for:-
Providing legal input to the company’s negotiations with legal third parties such as legal and commercial entities regarding the company agreements and contracts to ensure compliance with Zain’s strategic goals.
Preparing and reviewing the company’s contracts and ensuring their compliance with governmental laws and set terms and conditions.
Providing counsel and legal advice to concerned departments on the laws and legislations associated with their scope of work to increase the efficiency of proper decision-making.
Studying and analyzing bids and proposals to ensure that terms of binding agreements with customers, vendors, and employees are legal and compliant with the company’s policy.
Identifying and assessing risks and opportunities that may require action in the future to reflect such matters while establishing contracts’ clauses.
Participating in contractual negotiations and establishing and maintaining a trusted relationship with service providers.
Maintaining and archiving relevant documents, agreements, litigations and contracts for future reference.
Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.

WHAT DO I NEED?

You will be required to have Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field..
You shall have 2-4 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Masters in Law..

2- ZAIN6254 - RAN Optimization Engineer

WHAT

Monitoring RAN network performance through participating in tests; identifying related issues, reporting them and taking necessary actions to resolve them accordingly, in addition to the participation in configuration activities to ensure optimal utilization of resources, satisfy business needs and maintain network performance levels.

HOW

You will be responsible for :-
Conducting Radio Frequency (RF) drive tests; collecting data and statistics and analyzing them subsequently; in order to evaluate network’s performance and detect faults/ issues/ service degradation.
Contributing in monitoring RAN Key Performance Indicators and analyzing network performance related parameters, data and statistics, to identify any deviation from targets, and subsequently reporting it to take further actions.
Handling configuration, traffic re-engineering and parameter auditing activities covering RAN systems and equipment, according to the Zain’s quality standards and set plans to fulfill identified site’s needs and overcome any changes in site’s environment that affect network performance, while ensuring optimal utilization of resources and proper customer experience.
Handling customer complaints regarding RAN stations issues, such as low coverage, Quality of Services…etc., carrying-out troubleshooting activities, and subsequently installing required solutions such as IBS or taking necessary actions to solve them appropriately; ensuring customer satisfaction, while preparing comprehensive reports accordingly.
Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Executing activities according to the organizational security policies.
Protecting assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction, and interference.
Accessing and/ or modifying systems, applications, and information as allowed by the owner.

WHAT DO I NEED?

Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering.

3- ZAIN5766 - Network Administrator Team Member -Special Projects

WHAT

Support & Deliver clients and business operation service requests related to special projects, by following common practices defined by current Systems and Processes, In addition to Deploying, Monitoring, Reporting and Optimizing IP Network topology in terms of Design, Functionality, Performance and Security, and to become a Zain family member and utilize the opportunities available for self and group career & skills development in addition to entrepreneurship chances found in innovative ideas and products.

HOW

Assisting in the process of developing/ designing new Telecom Solutions for large facilities, such as Network Infrastructure installation, through transforming customer requirements into technical specification reflected in the solution design.
Contributing in projects implementation, while providing management with required reports; in order to complete projects successfully and within set time frame.
Tracking and controlling subcontractor’s performance to ensure that all projects are being executed according to the set specifications and standards, and in compliance with the contractual agreements.
Minimizing downtime and degradation related to Telecom Solutions; through monitoring statues, and subsequently identifying and resolving errors/ failures.
Executing the Network Infrastructure corrective/ preventive maintenance plans related to solutions installed in large facilities to maintain the efficient performance of the network and avoid service degradation.
Supporting related procurement activities, through accurately identifying and acquiring required material and equipment within set time frames, quality standards and price ranges; to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
Handling customer’s complaints and satisfying their needs after solution installation in professional and systematic manner.
Carrying-out the documentation process of related special projects; in order to smoothen and accelerate future upgrade, maintenance, installation and all other operational activities.
Proposing improvement on solutions provided to customer; utilizing latest technological trends and developments.
Monitoring and maintaining Network Security Systems within provided Telecom solutions, in order to protect customer’s information/ systems from any theft or fraud incidents, while reporting such incident to the management and taking proper actions to stop and prevent them accordingly.
Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.

WHAT DO I NEED?

You will be required to have Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
You shall have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Preferred certifications: CCNA, ITIL or equivalent professional certificate
Able to handle Morning & Night Shifts
Have license and car to use for work as needed
