شركة تدريب واستشارات في عمان بحاجة الى موظفين لشغل الوظائف التالية
A well-established & highly leading company in training and consultancy is
seeking to fill the following vacancies in the following jobs (a project implementation needs )
HR1: Team Leader
 University degree (PhD, Masters or equivalent) in Education Policy and Planning, Curriculum Development, or any relevant field preferably with a focus on TVET;
 Familiarity with the Jordanian TVET system is preferred;
 Experience with accreditation of training material by national and / or international organization
 Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English
 Experiences in leading a team
 Excellent planning and reporting skills
 Good computer and other IT skills
HR2: Trainers
 BA/MA in related field(s)
 Good experience (5-7 years) working in the field of inventory management or related field.
 Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English
 Strong experience in training and /or curriculum development
 Strong knowledge and understanding of vocational curriculum development, concepts and training methodologies
 Experienced in managing and implementing training programs and training of trainers, preferably in similar field.
HR3: Curricula Development Expert
 University degree in Education Policy and Planning, Curriculum Development, or any relevant field preferably with a focus on TVET
 Minimum of 7 years of professional experience preferably in TVET education and training or relevant field
 Sound knowledge of the TVET system or with the private sector in Jordan
 Good written and spoken Arabic language skills
 Comprehensive knowledge and experience with developing training/ vocational programs
 Competency based curriculum development in the field (sample to be de-livered)
 Competency based testing and certification
 Instruction, training and mentoring of vocational teachers and/or in-company trainers
 Experience in working with key partner institutions like TVET providers .
