مطلوب International Donor Services Coordinator

NGO -Jordan International Donor Services Coordinator The International Donor Services Coordinator is the main point of contact with international sponsors and donors in the national association. She guides a network of sponsorship co-workers at programme level, develops annual plans and follows up on them. Her customer-oriented approach, combined with her inspiring and regular professional reporting on progress related to the sponsored SOS villages and the sponsored children to sponsors, play an important role in sponsor retention and loyalty. On-going quality monitoring, the implementation of international plans and projects as well as the expansion towards a stewardship approach are the responsibility of the Coordinator. Requirements 1. A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Science or related filed is an asset. 2. Minimum two years’ experience with NGOs and/or INGOs. 3. Strong work ethic and professional commitment. 4. Strong organizational, communication and writing skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word & Excel). 6. Fluency in written and spoken Arabic & English is a must.
